Order Processing

At nksvoebd, we prioritize efficient order fulfillment. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). For orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, we typically dispatch the same day. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor progress.

nksvoebd ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team – we will investigate promptly and provide a status update.

Address Changes

To ensure accurate delivery, address changes must be requested via email within 1 hour of placing your order. Please include your order number in the subject line. While we will do our best to accommodate changes requested after this window, we cannot guarantee adjustments once the order enters processing.
